We're off to have a dose of much-deserved fun (and respite) this weekend at the Vino Bello Resort in Napa Valley.

I can't wait. I just need to get stuff ready!

One thing I like, aside from the wine, of course, is the Old-World Tuscan ambience throughout the resort which never fails to transport me to a different world, and makes me drool over the decor wishing I can replicate the exact scheme in my own house. Well, I'm trying. We got these red buffet lamps that always set the mood downstairs when we leave it on instead of the ceiling lights. I'm also about to get the same style torchieres and floor lamps when resources allow. That, and their satin taupe and burgundy drapes, the fountain out there in the yard, the plants (we seriously need plants...anyone who has plants to donate?)

I'm carried away again with home-decorating.  I need to focus. I'm about to take some time away from all the hustle and bustle. 

Just please pray that I don't take all those dadgum stress factors with me.
